Job Opportunity – Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – Indiana

Start Date: November 30, 2026

Location: Indianapolis, Indiana

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 12-hour shifts with every other weekend required (Saturday and Sunday). Must work 2 out of 3 paired holiday periods (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's). Floating required between multiple facilities in the area.

Highlights:

• Exposure to advanced respiratory therapies including BiPAP, CPAP, High Flow Nasal Cannula, mechanical ventilation, and tracheostomy management
• Cerner charting system experience preferred
• Contract includes one pre-approved period of time off (up to 5 non-holiday days auto-approved)
• First-time travelers accepted with appropriate credentials and experience
• Float opportunities across multiple affiliated facilities to expand clinical skills

Requirements:

• Active Indiana Respiratory Therapist license (must be in hand prior to start date)
• National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) RRT credential required
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS (BCLS), RRT; PALS preferred
• Minimum 2 years respiratory therapy experience with at least 18 months recent adult ICU experience
• Education from a CoARC-accredited program and regionally accredited institution through CHEA
• Flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• Two supervisor references required for submittal
• Willingness to float between multiple facilities as assigned
