Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Labor & Delivery – Texas

Start Date: November 3, 2026

Location: Texas

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 48 hours per week for 6 weeks. Rapid response assignment. No RTO or special scheduling available during contract period.

Highlights:

• High-acuity labor and delivery unit with 10 LDRs and 2 operating rooms
• Patient ratio of 2:1 for high-risk patients; 1:1 or 2:1 for stable patients
• Core day shift team includes 3 RNs, 1 scrub tech, and 1 unit secretary
• EMR systems include CPN (Centricity) and Meditech
• Procedures include cesarean sections, BTLs, and salpingectomies
• Opportunity to float to postpartum or medical floor as needed

Requirements:

• Active RN license
• Current Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certification
• ACLS, BLS, AWHONN, and NRP certifications (must be included in submission packet)
• Operating room circulator experience required
• C-EFM preferred but not required
• Bilingual candidates and those with scrub tech skills preferred
