Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, every other weekend required. Holiday coverage includes working two out of three paired holiday periods (Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's). Flexibility to float between NICU, PICU, and pediatric acute care units as needed.

Requirements:

• Indiana State Respiratory Therapy License (temporary license accepted if permanent application submitted)
• Active certifications: ACLS, BLS, RRT (NBRC), NRP (required for Labor & Delivery placement), PALS preferred
• Minimum 2 years of PICU experience required
• Children's hospital experience within the last 3 years required; candidates from Level I adult trauma facilities with strong pediatric background will be considered
• NICU or PICU experience required; Labor & Delivery experience essential for primary L&D assignments
• Education must be accredited by CoARC and regionally accredited by CHEA
• Minimum 18 months of respiratory therapy experience
• Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• Willingness to float between NICU, PICU, and pediatric acute care units, including potential floating to affiliated hospitals
