Location: East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 8-hour shifts with every other weekend required (6 weekend shifts per contract). Department averages 8 patients per day in a 3-room facility.

Highlights:

• Serve adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient populations in a hospital setting

• Perform diagnostic and cardiac studies including Nuclear Cardiology procedures
• Epic charting system utilized (experience preferred)

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience required
• Hospital Nuclear Medicine and Nuclear Cardiology experience required
• BLS certification required
• ARRT(N) or CNMT/NMTCB certification required
• Valid state licensure or certification at time of application
• Proficiency in starting and maintaining IVs
• Experience with storing, handling, and disposing of radioactive materials
• Broad range of diagnostic and cardiac study experience
• PET certification and teaching hospital experience preferred
• Experience with gastric emptying, HIDA scans, MUGA scans, bone scans (3-phase, limited, whole-body), lung perfusion/ventilation studies, renal studies with Lasix, SPECT bone imaging, thyroid I-123 uptake, and myocardial stress studies preferred
• Flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions only)
