Job Requirements

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
Travel nursing experience preferred
BLS required
ACLS and NIHSS preferred
Experience with Epic charting required
Comfort working with orthopedic, med/surg, and telemetry patient populations
Ability to work night shifts and support a team-based care model

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality nursing care to orthopedic med/surg patients
Monitor patient status and respond appropriately to changes in condition
Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions per plan of care
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support safe, effective patient outcomes
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Epic
Support patient education, mobility, recovery, and discharge readiness
Float as needed to support unit coverage
Provide compassionate care in a busy, patient-centered environment
