We are seeking an experienced RN with specialized skills in cardiovascular surgical procedures to provide exceptional support to surgical teams and deliver outstanding patient care during complex cardiac operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care before, during, and after cardiac and vascular surgeries
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists to ensure a sterile, safe, and efficient operating environment
• Monitor patient status, vital signs, and intervene promptly as needed throughout procedures
• Administer medications and assist with induction and recovery phases
• Prepare, handle, and account for surgical instruments and supplies
• Maintain accurate, detailed documentation in the patient record
• Uphold strict infection control protocols and standards of practice

Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted RN license
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a CVOR RN or in a similar perioperative setting
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Comprehensive knowledge of cardiac surgical procedures and cardiovascular anatomy
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment

$2,374 - $2,502/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
