Qualifications:

• Active RN license in New York State
• Minimum of 2 years of recent RN experience in Interventional Radiology
• Proficient with IR procedures, sterile techniques, and patient assessment
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
• Ability to function effectively within a fast-paced procedural environment

Schedule:

• Contract-based assignment
• Flexible work shifts may be available; specifics discussed upon interview

Responsibilities:

• Deliver skilled nursing care to patients undergoing interventional radiology procedures
• Collaborate and communicate with physicians, technologists, and fellow healthcare staff
• Monitor, assess, and respond to changes in patient condition before, during, and after procedures
• Manage pre-procedure preparations and post-procedure recovery
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with safety protocols
• Provide patient and family education regarding procedures and aftercare
