16 week contract – Registered Nurse | Home Care
Senior Care Partners P.A.C.E. | Battle Creek, MI | Day Shift

Seeking an experienced Home Care RN to provide in-home nursing care, wound care, and chronic disease management for elderly participants in a community-based PACE program.

Position Highlights:
- 8:00 AM–4:30 PM Mon - Fri
- May require on-call coverage, weekends, holidays

Minimum Qualification Required:
- 1+ years of Home care or LTC experience required
- Active Michigan RN license
- Active BLS/CPR (AHA) required

Patterns Hiring Job ID #300721-1026. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
