Travel Registered Nurse – Ortho/Neuro

Location: Janesville, WI
Contract: 13 weeks
Shift: Nights, 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM
Schedule: 3 × 12-hour shifts (36 hours per week)
Start Date: ASAP

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse for an Ortho/Neuro unit in Janesville, WI. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and support patient safety and recovery.

Requirements

Active Wisconsin RN license

Minimum 1 year of nursing experience

Current BLS/CPR certification

NIHSS certification

Education verification required

Willingness to float to other units as needed

Available to work every other weekend and holidays

Responsibilities

Provide patient-centered care using the nursing process

Administer medications and treatments according to policies and standards

Develop and implement individualized plans of care

Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members

Support patient and family education

Promote patient safety and escalate concerns appropriately

Participate in unit performance improvement activities

Patterns Hiring Job ID #301487. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
