Registered Nurse | Emergency Room (Nights)
McLaren Caro Region | Caro, MI | 13 Weeks | 36 Hours/Week | Night Shift

Seeking an experienced ER RN to provide emergency nursing care in a fully equipped Emergency Department serving adult and pediatric patients.

Position Highlights:
- Schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM.
- 36 guaranteed hours per week.
- Every other weekend required; no on-call.
- Must be willing to float to Med/Surg as needed.
- EMR: Evident CPS.
- Department includes 8 private treatment rooms, 1 trauma bay, and 1 observation bay.
- Matching scrubs required.
Key Duties:
- Assess, triage, and monitor patients with emergency medical conditions.
- Provide emergency nursing interventions and patient care.
- Recognize changes in patient conditions and respond promptly.
- Support adult and pediatric emergency care.
- Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team.
- Float to Med/Surg and provide care within scope of practice when needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of Emergency Room experience.
- Active Michigan RN license required at submission.
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, ENPC, and TNCC certifications.
- NIHSS certification preferred.
- Previous travel experience preferred.
