Ultrasound Technician
Vail Valley Medical Center | Vail, CO | 13 Weeks | 10-Hour Day Shifts

Seeking an experienced Ultrasound Technician to perform diagnostic sonography procedures and support quality patient care.

Position Highlights:
- 10-hour day shifts.
- 36 guaranteed hours per week out of 40 scheduled hours.
- Travel candidates only; 70-mile radius restriction applies.
- All requested time off and schedule preferences must be submitted upfront.
Key Duties:
- Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations according to established protocols.
- Operate ultrasound equipment to obtain quality diagnostic images.
- Position patients and explain procedures to ensure comfort and cooperation.
- Maintain accurate examination records and follow patient safety protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to support diagnostic services.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of ultrasound experience.
- Current, active RDMS certification or ARRT certification with Sonography (S) required.
- Current BLS certification required.
