Description

Job Title: Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)
Location: Watertown, NY
Contract: 13 weeks | Nov 23, 2026 – Feb 24, 2027
Shift: 7a-3:30p
Hours: 40 hours/week
Schedule: Evening shift; weekends, call-ins, and holidays required

Requirements:
Certified Surgical Technologist; completion of an accredited CST program
Previous travel experience required
Orthopedic and Da Vinci robotic surgery experience required
Strong operating room scrubbing experience
Active BLS certification
Knowledge of OR equipment cleaning, sterilization, and disinfection
Must be able to arrive within 30 minutes when called in
Must be outside the 100-mile radius restriction

Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain a sterile operating room.
Assist surgeons during procedures and support patient preparation under RN supervision.
Handle surgical instruments and equipment safely and efficiently.
Follow hospital policies and infection-control standards.
May be required to precept new staff.

Patterns Hiring Job ID #AN-0814-1026. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
