13-week contract
Setting: SNF

Requirements:
Active Occupational Therapist License
Current BLS/BCLS Certification
Experience with Cerner EMR preferred

Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy (Master's preferred) from an accredited program

Medlivo Therapy Job ID #26-31863. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
