• Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
• Schedule: 5×8s
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week (expected to 40 Hr)
• Start Date: 11/16/26
Requirements:
• Active PTA License
• Current BLS/BCLS Certification
• SNF experience preferred
