Required Qualifications

- OR - Operating Room (3 years of experience)
- OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Experience in Director roles
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, hire, and train nurses, techs, and support personnel
- Coordinate daily surgical room assignments and workflow efficiency
- Oversee departmental financial performance, supply purchasing, and resource allocation
- Maintain adherence to healthcare regulations, infection control, and sterile processing standards
