Oncology Chemo Certified
Overview
- Travel/Contract RN role in Crown Point, Indiana.
- The assignment is split between Crown Point and Valparaiso, about 20 miles apart.
- Main shift is 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with rotating 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM shifts.
- Contract length: 13 weeks.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Indiana.
- Oncology experience within the last year.
- 1 year of oncology experience.
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association.
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing.
- Drivers License/State ID.
- 2 references.
- Current resume covering the last 7 years of employment.
- Work history verification covering 7 years of employment.
- Skills checklist for the traveler’s unit and any units they may float to.
- Background check.
- Drug screen.
- Physical exam.
- Fit mask.
- Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap.
- Negative TB or chest X-ray.
- Rubeola (Measles) immunity documentation.
- Mumps immunity documentation.
- Rubella immunity documentation.
- Hepatitis B immunity documentation.
- Varicella immunity documentation.
- Flu seasonal vaccination/documentation.
- Photo for badge.
- Orientation modules.
- Illinois fingerprint results if the role does not require an Illinois state license.
