Role Summary
- Registered Nurse (RN) in Med Surg / Med Surg/Telemetry.
- May be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Iowa
- Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
- 1 year of Med Surg / Telemetry experience
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- NIHSS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Driver's License
- Experience with Epic
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 1 travel contract completed
Additional Details
- New grads accepted
- NBO: 16 hrs
- Summer holidays: traveler will be required to work 1-2 of 3 holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day
- Types of drips include heparin, cardizem, nitro, non-DKA insulin, and amio
- Trauma center coverage in the regional area includes level 3, level 2, level 4, and level 1 centers
