Ultrasound Tech - Vascular

Overview

Travel/Contract role in Emporia, Kansas
13-week assignment
Day shift: 4x10 hours, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
40 hours per week

Role details

General, OB, and vascular ultrasound
Echo if possible
4 10s plus call

Preferred

ARDMS or ARRT preferred

Required qualifications

Ultrasound Technologist (1 year of experience)
Ultrasound Technologist experience within the last year
Vascular Sonographer experience
BLS
State license verification
PALS
ACLS
Background check within 1 year of start
EPLS/GSA/SAM, updated annually
HHS/OIG, updated annually
Emergency Contact Form prior to start
Government-issued photo ID
Physical exam within 1 year of start
Negative TB or Chest X-Ray within 1 year of start
TB Questionnaire, renewed annually
Rubeola documentation for candidates born in 1957 or later
Mumps documentation for candidates born in 1957 or later
Rubella documentation for candidates born in 1957 or later
Hepatitis B documentation
Varicella documentation
Drug screen within 6 months prior to start
Flu vaccination or declination during flu season
2 professional references within 3 years of start
Skills checklist, updated annually
Competency exam
Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam for all RNs and Medication Aides
