Travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,590–$2,780
• Location: Laconia, New Hampshire
• Healthcare Setting: On-site diagnostic imaging department
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
• Shifts per Week: 5
• Shift Duration: 8-hour days
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Start Date: November 9, 2026
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks, ending February 6, 2027

Nuclear Medicine Technologist Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist
• Active New Hampshire license
• Current CNMT certification
• Current BLS certification
• Recent resume detailing nuclear medicine experience and any previous travel assignments
• Cerner experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site diagnostic imaging environment

Nuclear Medicine Technologist Responsibilities

• Perform nuclear medicine procedures and diagnostic imaging studies according to established protocols
• Prepare patients, explain procedures, and promote comfort and safety throughout examinations
• Administer and handle radiopharmaceuticals in accordance with applicable radiation safety standards
• Operate Siemens Symbia T6 nuclear medicine cameras and related imaging equipment
• Acquire, process, and evaluate nuclear medicine images for quality and completeness
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and communicate effectively with the care team
• Follow radiation safety, quality assurance, and department policies
