Echo Technologist Job Requirements

• At least two years of echocardiography experience in a hospital environment
• Current cardiac sonography certification for adult and pediatric patients
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Experience using EPIC

Echo Tech Responsibilities

• Perform echocardiography and cardiac ultrasound studies for adult and pediatric patients in a hospital setting
• Obtain diagnostic cardiac images in accordance with established protocols
• Prepare and position patients, explain procedures, and support their comfort and safety
• Document examinations and related information in EPIC
• Collaborate with the clinical team to support timely, quality diagnostic care
