Job Description

Join a thriving team in Warwick, RI at Kent County Memorial Hospital as a Physical Therapist. Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy services to patients in an acute rehab setting.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
Document patient care accurately using the Cerner EMR system.

Required Experience

Previous inpatient experience in IRF, Acute Care, or Skilled Nursing Facility.

Certifications / Licensure

Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Rhode Island.
