ARMStaffing is looking for a Registered Nurse, Cath Lab (Day Shift) in Denville, New Jersey.

Assignment Duration
This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule/Shift
The position offers two shift options: 4 - 10 hour shifts from 6:30am to 5:30pm or 5 - 8 hour shifts from 6:30am to 2:30pm. Additionally, there are 10-15 on-call shifts per month for STEMI/Stroke coverage.
Job Description
The Registered Nurse in the Cath Lab will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment. This role includes monitoring patients during procedures and ensuring their comfort and safety. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality medical service in the Cardiovascular Department.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient assessments and monitor vital signs before, during, and after procedures.
- Assist physicians in performing diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures.
- Administer medications and monitor patient response as per protocol.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in the Cath Lab.
Required Experience
- Current nursing license (Nursys).
- Certification in NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale).
- Proven experience in a Cath Lab or similar setting.
Certifications/Licensure
- Valid nursing license verified through Nursys.
- Basic Pharmacology certification.
- Basic Rhythm Interpretation certification.
- Basic life support (BLS) certification.
