Job Description

The Physical Therapist will provide direct patient care focusing on outpatient physical therapy, including evaluation and treatment in multiple settings such as Copley and satellite outpatient sites in Hardwick, Vermont. Responsibilities also include providing care to inpatients in the ER, acute care, and patients transitioning from PACU. A callback response time of 30 minutes is expected.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for outpatient therapy.
• Provide direct patient care to both outpatients and inpatients.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members for comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in weekend and holiday inpatient rotations as required.

Required Experience

Candidates must have relevant experience in physical therapy, particularly in outpatient settings.

Certifications/Licensure

A valid state license as a Physical Therapist is required.
