Job Description

The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for evaluating and implementing individualized therapy plans for adult patients in an acute care setting. This role includes providing therapeutic interventions to enhance patient mobility and overall quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' physical abilities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in acute care settings.

Certifications/Licensure

• Current BLS certification.
• National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification.
• Active compact state license in Occupational Therapy must be in hand at submission.
