ARMStaffing is looking for a Registered Nurse, Operating Room (Day Shift) in Zanesville, Ohio.

Assignment Duration
This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule/Shift
The RN will work either 36 or 40 hours per week during the day shift, with a rotating call schedule that includes weekend and weekday call mirroring the general staff's call rotation. Holiday call rotation may be required.
Job Description
This position requires an RN with a minimum of 3 years of recent operating room experience. Responsibilities will include circulating and assisting in surgical procedures, maintaining sterile technique, and collaborating with the surgical team. Knowledge of robotic, neuro, and ortho procedures is recommended. Proficiency in Epic EMR is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Circulate during surgical procedures, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and care.
- Assist in maintaining a sterile environment and adhere to infection control protocols.
- Collaborate with surgeons and surgical staff to ensure effective communication and patient care.
- Document all relevant information in Epic EMR accurately and timely.
- Participate in call rotation, including holiday call if required.
Required Experience
- A minimum of 3 years of current/recent operating room experience.
- Active BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
Certifications/Licensure
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio.
