Job Description

The Interventional Radiology Technologist will be responsible for assisting physicians in performing interventional radiology procedures and ensuring patient safety throughout the process. This role requires a solid understanding of radiologic technology and patient care standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in various interventional procedures, ensuring the safety and comfort of patients.
• Maintain and operate imaging equipment during procedures.
• Prepare and position patients for examinations.
• Administer contrast materials as directed by the physician.
• Document procedure details and maintain patient records accurately.

Required Experience

A minimum of 2 years of Interventional Radiology Tech experience is required.

Certifications/Licensure

• Current ARRT certification.
• Current BLS certification.
• New Jersey Radiology License.
