Job Description
The Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) will work closely with licensed physical therapists to provide therapeutic care and assist patients in their rehabilitation process. This role focuses on implementing patient treatment plans and monitoring progress.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the evaluation and treatment of patients.
- Implement treatment plans as directed by physical therapists.
- Monitor patient progress and report to the therapist.
- Educate patients and families on rehabilitation processes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of treatments and patient responses.
Required Experience
Prior experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
Certifications/Licensure
Candidates must hold a valid PTA license in the state of Montana.
