This position offers a 12-hour night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with a guaranteed 36 hours per week.
Job Description
The Registered Nurse in Medical-Surgical will provide comprehensive care for patients in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include monitoring patients, administering medications, assisting with daily activities, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess patient health and vital signs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist patients with daily activities and personal care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Required Experience
Candidates must have valid RN licensure and experience in a medical-surgical unit.
Certifications/Licensure
Must possess a current Registered Nurse license in the state of Tennessee.
