This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule/Shift

Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM with weekend rotations. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week.

Job Description

The Occupational Therapist will provide evaluations and treatments for in-patient rehabilitation, focusing on neuro and orthopedic patient populations. The role involves working in acute settings such as Orthopedic, Telemetry, and ICU. Documentation will be completed using the Meditech system.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-patient rehab occupational therapy evaluations and treatments.
• Perform acute evaluations and treatments in various units including Orthopedic, Telemetry, and ICU.
• Document patient progress and treatments in Meditech.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of hospital experience.
• Experience in in-patient rehabilitation and/or acute hospital settings.

Certifications/Licensure

• Active Occupational Therapist license (no temporary licenses allowed).
• Current BLS certification.
