Schedule/Shift

Monday to Friday, 8-hour day shift from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Job Description

The Physical Therapist will provide outpatient care, managing a diverse patient population. The role includes evaluating patient conditions, developing and implementing treatment plans, and offering therapeutic interventions. The position requires a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week, averaging 12-14 patients per day, with an understanding that follow-up visits may be double-booked.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic interventions to facilitate patient recovery.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and progress notes.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare providers and staff.
• Float to other clinics as needed.

Required Experience

Outpatient experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.

Certifications/Licensure

A valid Physical Therapist license is required.
