Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule/Shift

This position involves an 8-hour Day shift, typically from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. A total of 36 hours are guaranteed, with the expectation of working up to 40 hours.

Job Description

The Physical Therapist will provide care primarily for outpatient orthopedic patients. The role may require floating to other clinics as needed. Candidates should be prepared to manage a varied caseload and deliver high-quality patient care efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans tailored to the needs of patients.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to achieve patient progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for holistic patient management.
• Meet productivity expectations of 60 visits per week, with 12-14 patients seen per day.
• Double-book follow-up visits as necessary to manage patient flow.

Required Experience

Outpatient experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.

Certifications/Licensure

A current state license as a Physical Therapist is required.
