Job Description

The Physical Therapist will provide care for a general outpatient orthopedic patient population. Clinicians will ensure that patient treatment plans are effective and adhere to standards of care. The position includes responsibility for completing documentation and maintaining accurate patient records.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients to determine therapy needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapy treatments and monitor patient progress.
• Document patient care and progress in accordance with facility protocols.
• Provide patient and family education regarding treatment plans and progress.

Required Experience

• Outpatient experience preferred.
• New graduates and first-time travelers are welcomed.

Certifications/Licensure

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
