Assignment Duration
This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule/Shift
7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital employees.
Job Description
Join the Cardiac Cath Lab team where you will play a vital role in patient care. Work within a supportive environment dedicated to providing high-quality service. You will be involved in a variety of cardiac procedures including Left Heart Catheterizations (LHC), Right Heart Catheterizations (RHC), and Percutaneous Coronary Interventions (PCI).
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage patients undergoing cardiac procedures.
- Perform tasks related to the operation of the cardiac cath lab and assist with equipment and patient care.
- Collaborate with a team of RNs and techs to ensure quality patient care and safe procedures.
Required Experience
- Cath lab experience.
- Experience with Impella, Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump (IABP), and ventilators.
Certifications/Licensure
- Active RN license in the state of Florida.
