Schedule/Shift

Day Shift, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, 3 - 12 Hour Shifts. Every other weekend and holiday required.

Job Description

The ICU/Critical Care Registered Nurse will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. This role requires the ability to float to the Medical-Surgical Telemetry unit as needed when census is down in the ICU.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage ventilators.
• Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to hospital protocols.
• Float to Medical-Surgical Telemetry as needed based on staffing requirements.

Required Experience

• Minimum of two years of recent ICU/Critical Care experience.
• Willingness to float to Medical-Surgical Telemetry unit.

Certifications/Licensure

• Active Compact or New Jersey RN license required at time of submission.
• AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• NIHSS certification required.
• Experience with ventilator management and basic arrhythmia interpretation required.
