This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule/Shift
The schedule is Monday to Friday from 1:00 PM to 7:30 PM, with rotating call from 7:30 PM to 7:00 AM, including holidays.
Job Description
The Radiologic Technologist will be responsible for performing MRI procedures while ensuring patient safety and comfort. The candidate will work in a dynamic team environment, collaborating with interdisciplinary support and utilizing the Community Hospital charting system.
Responsibilities
- Perform MRI scans in accordance with established protocols and safety standards.
- Administer contrast media as needed and monitor patients for any adverse reactions.
- Document patient information and imaging results accurately in the charting system.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide optimal patient care.
- Participate in quality assurance and maintain equipment standards.
Required Experience
Minimum of three years of experience in MRI is required. Previous charge experience is not necessary.
Certifications/Licensure
- ARRT certification required and must be in hand at the time of submission.
- AHA BLS certification required and must be in hand at the time of submission.
- Must have a permanent Ohio license at the time of submission; compact licenses accepted for any starts from 1/1/23 and forward.
