Day Shift: 7 AM - 7 PM.
Job Description
The Telemetry unit at Kingwood Medical Center is a 28-bed facility providing high-quality care for patients requiring telemetry monitoring. Candidates will work collaboratively with a skilled team of nursing professionals, utilizing advanced telemetry equipment and Meditech EMR for documentation.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
- Monitoring and interpreting telemetry readings.
- Administering medications and managing patient care plans.
- Performing phlebotomy and other standard nursing duties.
- Maintaining accurate and updated patient records using Meditech EMR.
Required Experience
- At least two years of nursing experience.
- Telemetry experience required.
- Phlebotomy skills are a must.
Certifications/Licensure
Candidates must possess a valid Registered Nurse license in Texas.
