• Number of Beds – 345 – 3-time Magnet Designation
• Number of Staff – float pool is about 80
• Type of staff:
  • Day Shift – RN and CNAs on most units
  • Night Shift – RNs and CNAs on most units
• Patient Ratios – 1:5 days and nights varies between units -Estimated & never Guaranteed
• Types of equipment - various
• EMR – Meditech / CPN

Typical hiring profile

Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)

Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

• Minimum 1-year current acute care Telemetry hospital experience
• BLS & ACLS

Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.

• Strong Tele experience
• Nice to Have - Chemo Certification (would be able to schedule on our Oncology unit)

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):

• Varies between units – Large Cardiac Population – with 2 Tele floors and a PCU floor
• Floating to all inpatient Med/Tele and Rehab units
