• Patient Ratios:

  • ICU: 2:1

  • PCU: 4:1

• EMR: Meditech

• Equipment: Critical care equipment, including Burn ICU and Trauma ICU technology

Staffing

Day Shift:

• 1 CNC/Relief Charge RN

• Number of RNs varies based on census

• PCT staffing varies based on census

Night Shift:

• 1 CNC/Relief Charge RN

• Number of RNs varies based on census

• PCT staffing varies based on census

Candidate Requirements

Must Have

• Trauma ICU experience

• Burn ICU experience

• Surgical ICU experience

• Strong communication skills

• Strong critical-thinking skills

Preferred

• BSN

• CCRN

Typical Procedures

• Wound care

• Code response

• EVD management

• Massive Transfusion Protocol (MTP)

Ideal Candidate

Required Certification

• Active RN license
• ACLS
• BLS

Travelers may float to:

Weekends & Call

• Weekends: 2 weekends per pay period required
