Number of Beds -9
Number of Staff – 3 RN per shift with 1 mid shift RN/tech
Type of staff:
o Day Shift – 3 RNs
o Mid shift- 1 RN/tech
o Night Shift - 3 RN
Patient Ratios – 4 to 1 based on acuity, 1 to 1 if needed for acuity
Type of equipment - IV pumps, POC lab machines-Sysmex XP 300, Piccolo, Alere, Clinitek, Sofia, EPOC, Novastat glucometer, MACVU360 EKG machine
EMR – Meditech Expanse

Skill Set Most recruited for:
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
IV skills, EKG skills, Triage acuity training
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
ENPC, CPI and NIH Certification
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
All labs ran by staff onsite, flu, covid, strep swabs, IV placement, foley catheter placement, EKGs, moderate sedation

Team player, flexible with assignments
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
ACLS, PALS, TNCC, BLS
Registered Nurse License
Floating Area(s):
Main ER, other offsite Freestanding Emergency Rooms- Fallcreek or Cleveland, and Pediatric Emergency room
Weekends and On- call(if any)
Rotate weekends or 4 weekend days per schedule (Saturday and Sunday)
