Patient Ratios : 1:1
Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : 4 RNs per OR suite( 2 circulators/ 1 scrub RN/ 1 RNFA)
Type of equipment : OR Equipment
Documentation system: MediTech
Scheduling requirements: OR is staffed 24/7
Floating policy: No floating
Patient Experience requirements: Hourly updates to family members

Hiring profile
Requested Skill Set: Experienced CVOR Nurses
Must have: 3 years Cardiovascular experience
Advanced skills needed: Prefer Ortho/Neuro and DaVinci robot experience
Procedures performed on unit: CABG, Valve replacement, minimally invasive valves replacement, dissections, thoracic procedures, vascular procedures
Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS and Registered Nurse License
