• Location: 150 Highland Ave, Rochester, NY 14620

• Schedule: Days/Evenings/Nights; 36 hours

• Weekends/On-Call/Holidays: As per unit needs

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in Long-Term Care

• License: Active NYS RN License only

• Certification: AHA BLS required

• Patient Population: Geriatric long-term care residents

• Ratios: 1 RN per 20 residents; 1 LPN per 8–10 residents; 1 CNA per 4–6 residents

• Patient Care: Wound care, assessments, medication administration, documentation, and implementation of nursing care plans

• Additional Duties: Supervise LPNs and CNAs; strong communication, flexibility, and delegation skills required

• Facility Notes: No tracheostomy patients or acute-care needs.
