Schedule: Floating Shift 3*12s 36 weeks

• Shift: D/E/N Rotating

• Hours: 36 or 48 HPW

• Weekends/Holidays/On-Call/Callback: As per unit needs.

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent experience required.

• Certification: AHA BLS required.

• Education: AAS degree in Psychology or Sociology required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care and clinical support to inpatient psychiatric patients.

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), social activities, and psychiatric rehabilitation under RN supervision.

• Communicate effectively with patients and ensure access to necessary services.

• Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the RN.

• Participate in patient rounds and group therapy sessions as needed.

• Promote a compassionate, safe, and supportive therapeutic environment.
