Duration: 13 weeks
Location: 601 Elmwood Ave, Rochester, NY 14642
Schedule: Floating Shift 3*12s 36 weeks

• Shift: D/E/N Rotating

• Weekend: Every Other Weekend (EOW)

• Holidays/On-Call/Callback/Charge: As per unit needs.

• First-Time Travelers: Not accepted.

• Holiday RTO: Not accommodated.

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of acute care ICU experience required.

• License: Active NY RN license ONLY.

• Certifications: AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, and NIHSS required.

Unit Assignments:

• MICU (Medical ICU)

• SICU (Surgical ICU)

• Respiratory Special Care

• Surgical Progressive Care

Key Responsibilities:

• Float to different ICU units based on staffing needs.

• Provide critical care to patients across multiple ICU specialties.

• Demonstrate strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills.

• Maintain current knowledge and competency in critical care nursing.

• Adapt to varying patient populations and unit requirements.
