Occupational Therapist (OT)

Location: Bala Cynwyd, PA

Position Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Occupational Therapist experience.

• Home Health experience is required.

• EPIC EMR experience is required.

• Active Pennsylvania Occupational Therapist (OT) license required.

• BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) required.

• Every Other Weekend (EOW) availability required.

Patient Coverage Area:

The therapist will provide home health services in Southern Chester County, including:

• Oxford

• Nottingham

• West Grove

• Lincoln University

• Landenberg

• Kennett Square

• Avondale

• Other nearby areas within Southern Chester County.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients in their homes and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide occupational therapy interventions to improve daily living skills and independence.

• Monitor patient progress and update care plans as needed.

• Maintain accurate patient documentation using EPIC.

• Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
