Number of Staff – 7 Full Time day shift RN, 1 PRN Day Shift RN, 1 Full Time Day shift LVN, 1 Part Time Day shift LVN, 4 Full time day shift PCT, 4 Full Time Night shift PCT, 1 PRN PCT, 2 Core Full Time night shift RN, 3 agency night shift RN
Type of staff:
o Day Shift – 1 Charge, 3-4 RNs, 2 CNA, 1-2 sitters (varies)
o Night Shift – 1 Charge, 2-3 RNs, 2 CAN, 1-2 sitters (varies)
Patient Ratios – 7 patients to 1 nurse
Type of equipment – Hoyer lift, bladder scanner, ultrasound guided machine, glucometers, welch allyn vital signs machine, blood warmer, otoscope, virtual sitter cameras (CareAi), new beds, Responder 5 tracking system, computer in each patient room, computer on wheels.
