Night Shift - 1 RN, 2 BHT s, Sitters when assigned
Patient Ratios – 5-9
Type of equipment – Vital signs machine, Hoyer lift, glucometer, IV s, bladder scanner, bed alarms, chair alarms, crash cart
EMR - Cerner
