Title: RN – Labor & Delivery
Duration: 13 weeks
Location: 601 Elmwood Ave, Rochester, NY 14642
Schedule: Floating Shift 4*12s 48hours/week

• Shift: 12-hour shifts, 3 or 4 days per week

• Schedule: Days/Evenings/Nights rotating

• Floating: Required across OB/GYN units based on patient volume and acuity

• Weekends/Holidays: Required

• On-Call/Callback/Charge: As per unit needs

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience

• Preferred Experience: OR and OB triage experience

• Required License: Active New York RN license (NY only; Compact not accepted)

• Required Certifications: AHA BLS, Neonatal Resuscitation (NRP)

• Patient Population: Antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum patients (high, moderate, and low risk)

• Key Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care in Labor & Delivery, prioritize and manage care in a fast-paced environment, and support patient- and family-centered care.

• Additional Requirements: Must be flexible to float across OB/GYN units and demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skills.
