Bedside Shift Report at each shift change
Unit Huddle 6:45AM and 6:45PM
MDR Rounds 10 or 10:30AM for Day Shift
Attendance and Tardiness
Weekends and On call(if any)
4 weekend shifts (Saturday or Sunday) in a 4 week period
Alternating holidays
