Title: Registered Nurse - ER
Duration: 13 weeks
Location: 2 Coulter Rd Clifton Springs, NY 14432
Schedule: Night Shift 3*12s 36hours/week

License: Active NY RN license in hand – REQUIRED (no pending license).

Shift: 3x12 Nights, 1900–0700.

Weekend: Every other weekend (EOW).

Experience: Minimum 1 year of ER experience.

First-Time Travelers: Accepted.

Patient Ratio: 1:5.
-
Local Candidates: Not accepted within 75 miles.

Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS.

EMR: EPIC experience required.

Unit: 11-bed Medical ED with separate CPEP (Psychiatric Emergency) unit.

CPEP Details:

Evaluation area accommodates up to 6 patients.
-
Extended Observation area accommodates up to 2 patients.
-
Staffed by ED RN, PCT, and CPEP Behavioral Health team when patients are present.

Patients are triaged and medically cleared before entering CPEP.

Patients may require labs/EKG while in CPEP.
-
Nurses typically cover 6-hour blocks in CPEP on days/mids; night shifts may cover 12 hours.

Security is posted in the ED.

Additional Certifications/Requirements Listed: CPI, TNCC, TRUST, CPIM.
Submission Notes: NY license must be in hand. EPIC experience is mandatory.
