Description

This position is for a Physical Therapist (PT) in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) working day shifts from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with 35 guaranteed hours per week for a 14-week contract. The PT provides rehabilitation services to patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery, focusing on improving mobility, strength, and functional independence.

Requirements:
Candidates must hold an active Physical Therapist license and have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or PT). Experience in SNF, rehab, or long-term care settings is preferred. Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills are required.
